i'm not a fan of haute couture, i have to admit. people all over are always raving about so-and-so's collection but although i can appreciate some of the details and sure, the clothes would look great in editorials, i'm never blown away. nevertheless i thought a majority of the pieces from givenchy were quite nice. i think tisci's middle eastern influence translated better here than it did for his mens' spring collection.
